Documents You Will Need When Applying For A Mortgage Loan

* 1 month of recent paystubs that shows YTD income

* 2 years of your most recent W2's

* 2 years of your most recent Federal Tax Returns (all pages/schedules)

* 2 months of your most recent bank statements for checking, savings, money market accounts, etc.

*Copy of your driver's license

* Contact information of your employer to verify employment.

The lender may also ask you for copies of your mortgage statements for any properties you own, current lease agreements for any rentals you own (if applicable). 

If receiving a gift, you will also need to provide *Gift letter, *Proof of Donor's gift funds, *Proof funds have been deposited into borrower's account.
